Ans : Unfortunately we are unable to merge accounts. We suggest that you transfer all your information (profile, connections etc) to one account and close the other. To close a second account, please email Customer Service. Please include the email addresses associated with each of the accounts and indicate which will be the primary email address for the account you keep. Be aware that when we close an account, you will lose all of the information in that account, including profile information, connections, and recommendations.
Ans : Connections are made through invitations to connect, not through Introductions. To connect with the sender of an Introduction, send that person an invitation to join your network.

Ans : By default, MTM users can see and browse the connections of the people in their network. To hide your connections from the people in your network: Click the “Account & Settings” link at the top of the page Under “Settings,” find “Privacy Settings” and click “Connections Browse” Under “Connections Browse,” select “No” Click “Update Information” at the bottom of the page
Ans : Your public profile is a version of your MTM profile that a visitor can see without being signed in to MTM. You decide which information from your MTM profile to include in your public profile. Some MTM public profiles are already indexed in major search engines and the rest will be indexed soon.
By default, only very limited information is included in your MTM public profile. This includes only your name, title, industry, metropolitan area, number of connections, and number of recommenders. Your full MTM profile is still only be visible to MTM users in your network (i.e. within 3 degrees).
To include more information (or to get rid of your public profile altogether), you can edit your settings on the “Edit My Public Profile” page. It can be found by clicking “Account & Settings” at the top of any page, finding the “Profile Settings” section under “Settings,” and clicking “My Public Profile”.
Ans : Although your MTM account is closed immediately, it may take up to 72 hours for your public profile to be removed from the caches of internet search engines.
